1. Introduction & General Principles
Purpose of the Rule Book
This document outlines the official rules and expectations for all members of Thundering Hooves Academy (THRA). Adherence to these rules ensures a fair, respectful, and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Contact Information
For any questions regarding Academy rules, please contact us at: th.academy.2024@gmail.com or a high-rank member
2. Academy Conduct & Discipline
Ban Warnings & Bans
Ban Warnings are serious disciplinary actions. Accumulating three (3) Ban Warnings will result in either a temporary or permanent ban from Thundering Hooves Academy.
Permanent Bans: Members who receive a permanent ban cannot rejoin the Academy.
Temporary Bans: Details regarding the duration and rejoining process for temporary bans will be communicated directly to the affected individual.
Please note: Ban Warnings are permanent and cannot be removed from your record. Maintaining good conduct within the Academy will prevent the accumulation of Ban Warnings.
Scamming
Scamming is strictly prohibited within this Academy. Any form of scamming, regardless of the individual involved, will result in a Ban Warning. To issue a Ban Warning for scamming, clear evidence such as witness accounts or screenshots must be provided.
Bullying
All forms of bullying, including cyberbullying, are strictly forbidden and not tolerated at THRA. If any member is found bullying another individual, whether they are a member of THRA or not, a Ban Warning will be issued. The identity or past actions of the bullied individual do not justify bullying behavior.
If you are experiencing bullying from another Academy member, please report it immediately to Z by contacting her directly.
Disrespect
Maintaining a respectful environment is paramount at THRA. Any act of disrespect towards another individual, regardless of their status, will result in a Ban Warning.
Drama
THRA is committed to maintaining a drama-free environment. Engaging in or instigating drama is strictly prohibited and will result in a Ban Warning. As a core principle, there is no such thing as "harmless drama."
If another individual attempts to create drama with you, you are expected to ignore them and report the incident to a high-rank immediately. The high-ranks will address the situation, and if the instigator is a THRA member, they will likely receive a Ban Warning. This "no drama" rule is especially critical when interacting with other academies; always maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor towards all individuals and academies.
How to write a report
When reporting an academy or game member's behavior, it's crucial to be clear, factual, and objective, focusing entirely on in-game actions and interactions. A well-written report provides the necessary information for game administrators or moderators to take appropriate action. Follow these steps to ensure your report is comprehensive and effective for a Roblox context.
1. Access the Official Form
First and foremost, navigate to the Linktree provided (linktr.ee/thundering_hooves) and locate the official "Reports Form" or "Behavior Incident Report" link. Always use the designated form as it will guide you through the specific information required by the game's administration.
2. Gather Essential In-Game Information Before You Start
Before you begin filling out the form, collect all relevant in-game details. This will make the process smoother and ensure accuracy.
2.1. Reporter Information
Your Roblox Username: Provide your exact Roblox username.
Your Role/Affiliation (if applicable): Clearly state your relationship to the game or group (e.g., fellow player, staff member, group moderator).
Preferred Contact Method (Optional): You can use Roblox or Discord for the preferred contact.
Date of Report: The date you are submitting the report.
2.2. Subject Information (The Academy Member Being Reported)
Roblox Username of Member: Provide their exact Roblox username.
2.3. Incident Details
Date(s) of Incident(s): Be as precise as possible. If it's an ongoing issue, list the dates of specific occurrences.
Time(s) of Incident(s): Note the approximate time(s) the behavior occurred (including timezone if relevant to the game's servers, e.g., "PDT" or "GMT").
Location(s) of Incident(s): Specify where the behavior took place within the game (e.g., specific game server name, public chat, private message, etc).
3. Describe the Incident(s) Factually and Objectively
This is the most critical part of the report. Focus on observable in-game facts and actions. Avoid personal opinions, assumptions, or emotional language.
What Happened: Clearly and concisely describe the specific in-game behavior.
Example (poor): "Player 'GamerGuy123' was being mean."
Example (good): "On [Date] at [Time], player 'GamerGuy123' repeatedly spammed the in-game chat with offensive language (be specific) directed at other players after losing a round of racing."
Example (good for actions): "On [Date] at [Time], in the [specific area] of the map, player 'Midnight_Barbara' was observed scamming ‘Steve_Bobington.'"
Who Was Involved: List the Roblox usernames of all individuals present or directly affected by the behavior.
Sequence of Events: Describe the events in chronological order within the game.
In-Game Dialogue (if applicable): Quote exact words from the in-game chat if possible, or paraphrase accurately.
Example: "Player 'JumpMaster' typed in public chat, 'Z stinks and everyone here stinks!'"
Actions Taken by You or Others: If you or any other player intervened or responded to the behavior in-game, describe what was done (e.g., "I used the in-game report feature," "Another player tried to calm the situation in chat").
Frequency/Pattern: If the behavior is repetitive, note how often it occurs and whether it follows a pattern within the game.
4. Identify Witnesses (if any)
If other players witnessed the incident, their testimony can be valuable.
Roblox Username(s) of Witnesses: List their exact Roblox usernames if known.
Relationship to Incident: Briefly explain how they witnessed the event (e.g., "was in the same server," "was in the chat at the time," "was playing alongside the subject").
5. Describe the Impact of the Behavior (In-Game Context)
Explain the consequences or effects of the behavior on the game experience or community.
Impact on Players: How did the behavior affect you, other players, or the overall enjoyment of the game? (e.g., "caused frustration," "disrupted gameplay," "made the game un-fun for players," "created a hostile environment").
Impact on the Game Environment/Community: How did the behavior affect the game's atmosphere, its rules, or the community's well-being? (e.g., "violated game rules," "promoted unfair play," "discouraged other players from participating").
Emotional Impact (Briefly): While focusing on facts, you can briefly state the emotional impact on you or others if it directly relates to the incident's severity within the game (e.g., "I felt harassed," "Other players appeared visibly upset in chat").
6. Include Any Supporting In-Game Evidence
Attach any in-game documentation that supports your report. This is highly recommended for Roblox reports.
Screenshots: Capture screenshots of the chat, player actions, or the problematic in-game situation.
Video Clips: If you recorded gameplay, provide short, relevant video clips showing the behavior.
Chat Logs: If the game provides access to a chat log feature, include relevant sections.
Other In-Game Documents: Any other relevant in-game notes or evidence.
7. State Your Desired Outcome or Action (Optional but Recommended)
While the game administrators will determine the appropriate response, stating what you hope to achieve can provide context.
What do you hope happens as a result of this report? (e.g., "I hope this behavior is addressed according to academy rules," "I request that the member be warned/moderated," "I seek a resolution that ensures a fair and fun environment for all players.")
8. Review and Submit
Proofread: Carefully read through your entire report for clarity, accuracy, and any typos.
Ensure Objectivity: Double-check that your language is factual, focuses on in-game events, and avoids accusations or personal attacks.
Submit: Follow the instructions on the form for submission.
By following these guidelines, you will create a clear and actionable report that helps the game's administration address the situation effectively and maintain a positive gaming environment.
Cheating and Exploits
The use of any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting glitches within the game to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. (such as hacking to win a competition) This includes, but is not limited to, using third-party software, manipulating game mechanics in unintended ways, or sharing information about such exploits. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate Permanent Ban from the Academy.

Excessive use of profanity.
Spamming messages or repetitive content.
