 How to host tryouts!! <3


Public tryouts :

  1. Advertise. Example : THRA Tryouts at barrels! Host : *name* Starting in : 5 minutes!

  2. Start the tryout after five minutes. *start by introducing yourself, make sure everyone is up against the fence*

  3. List the rules. 

The rules are :

 1. No colts, fillies, or foals 

2. No excessive rearing 

3. Refrain from going afk

4. Respect those around you

5. No wild mode

6. Use appropriate language 

7. No trading

  1. Start off with an EASY barrel racing course, then let everyone go one by one. Once each person is finished, tell them they did well NO MATTER WHAT! You can tell them the mistakes they made POLITELY! Example : “Good, but not quite! You accidentally *blah blah*”

  2. Move onto Pole bending, and show them ANOTHER EASY COURSE! Same rules apply as the rules to pole bending. BE POLITE! USE GOOD GRAMMAR!! 

  3. Move onto Show jumping, remember… EASY COURSES ONLY!!!

  4. Conclude the tryouts. WE JUDGE BASED OFF OF PERSONALITY! If someone has a bad attitude during tryouts, do not let them in. If someone is kind and patient, let them in. 


Example for if they get in : “Congratulations! You have made it. Please join our discord, and introduce yourself. Don't forget to add that you were accepted! If you cannot do this, please join our Main Roblox Group and do the same. Z will respond as soon as she can and you can schedule a time to be added in."


Example for if they do not get in : “I am very sorry, but you have not made it. You are dismissed, have a wonderful day!”


*Be kind, always remember! You will be ranked down if you are unkind!*

Only high ranks such as moderator, assistant, co-owner, or owner may host a public tryout for the in-game club.
